Rasiva operates 100% online as an E-commerce business. Furthermore, our operations will remain open. Even though we are fully operational and our production facility is NOT affected by the COVID-19 Pandemic, our logistics partners and carriers may be. Please find further details below.
Due to restrictions imposed by some countries, on individual basis, some parcels could face longer than normal transit times. We are working with a number of couriers, country dependent to improve the speed and delivery times of our parcels. Please be aware due to flight restrictions, plane cancellations and tighter custom border checks, some parcel could face delays in transit. We will provide full tracking details as normal.
All tracking numbers we provide are genuine, offered by couriers, but some could face delays in updating due to slower than normal transit times and courier availability
CURRENT DELAY TIMES:
We are experiencing higher than normal shipping times, due to country restrictions and low courier coverage. Average delays 14-30 days depending on country of destination. Please allow extra time for shipping and tracking updates. We are doing our best to get orders dispatched as soon as possible to avoid any further delays.
LOST OR SEVERELY DELAYED PACKAGES:
If any orders are delayed for an extended period of time and the courier does not update the location of the parcel in a timely manner, we will do our best to send out a replacement parcel or issue a full refund as quickly as possible.
Our team at Rasiva is tracking all parcels that are in transit daily. Any issues brought to our attention by our customers are being sent directly to the courier for immediate investigation. We require courier all necessary confirmation before we can proceed with a replacement or refund as many parcels will update and get delivered after courier searches.
COVID-19 CONTAMINATION OF PARCELS:
W.H.O (World Health Organization) has confirmed multiple times that COVID-19 is not active on parcels, packages, and surfaces for more than a few hours. All of our custom car mats are produced in China. We are checking all our workers daily and taking extra cleaning and protection measures to keep all workers safe.
